Prince has developed a comprehensive internal training system to provide equal learning opportunities for employees in different levels and positions, covering the training needs of all employees and unleashing the potential of employees. 為協助員工在新崗位上發揮所長及提倡同儕互助精神,太子設「輔導新員工計劃」,藉着輔導員的指導及鼓勵,從旁協助新員工渡過適應期和學習工作知識。同時,特別設立了「最佳輔導員」選舉,肯定輔導員的付出。

In order to assist new joiners to adapt to their new roles and promote the spirit of peer-to-peer cooperation, every new joiner could receive a one-on-one guidance from well-trained mentors at work. At the same time, the Best Mentor Election Program affirms the selfless dedication of them.

Industry Competition and Exchange Opportunities

Participating in training and competition is a process for self-improvement. Staff gets to know more about their strength and weakness, unique characteristics. By polishing their skills set intensively, they become a better self. External competitions attended including: Service and Courtesy Award organized by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Award organized by the Quality Tourism Services Association.
