1) 本會籍不得轉讓或授權他人使用，太子珠寶鐘錶有限公司（以下簡稱「本公司」）有權要求會員出示身份證明文件，以核對會員身份。
2) 如申請人拒絕填寫會員申請表中有「*」之欄目，而引發資料不全，本公司有權拒絕接納有關申請。
3) 會員消費時必須以登記之手機號碼作身份認證，方可累積消費及享有會員優惠。
4) 本公司將使用及保存會員的個人資料及會籍記錄作以下用途：
4.1) 處理會籍申請；
4.2) 提供會員服務；
4.3) 定期提供會員計劃的詳情及優惠資料；
4.4) 提供本公司及其關聯公司的市場推廣及促銷活動資訊；
4.5) 進行數據分析以協助本公司提供更符合會員需要的產品及服務；及
4.6) 顧客管理之用。
5) 如會員需要查閱本公司持有閣下的個人資料、更正任何不正確的個人資料或要求不再收到本公司發出的直接宣傳資料，請登入太子會網站www.princeclub.com.hk更新，或致電(852) 2730 0488與客戶服務代表聯絡，或於本公司各分店填妥有關表格。
6) 本公司保留對會員計劃之最終決定權，亦可修改有關計劃內容，而無需另行通知。
7) 若英文版本與中文譯本有任何歧義，則以英文版本為準。

Prince Club Membership Terms and Conditions :
1) Membership is neither transferable nor authorised to be used by others. Members may be requested to present identification document for verification purpose by Prince Jewellery and Watch Company Limited (the “Company”).
2) The Company reserves the right to reject the application if the applicant refuses to provide necessary information marked “*” in the Membership application form.
3) Registered mobile phone number shall be used for verification upon any purchase so as to enjoy bonus points and Member privileges.
4) All personal data provided to the Company and the record of Membership shall be used and retained by the
Company for:
4.1) Processing application for Membership;
4.2) Providing services for Members;
4.3) Providing Membership program details and its benefits on a regular basis;
4.4) Providing information of marketing programmes and sales promotions held by the Company or its
affiliates;
4.5) Data analysis which enables the Company to provide the Members with tailored products
and services; and
4.6) Customer management.
5) Members are entitled to access their personal data and require the Company to correct any inaccurate personal data and opt out from receiving any direct marketing materials from the Company by logging in Prince Club website at www.princeclub.com.hk or contacting our customer services representatives at (852) 2730 0488 or completing the relevant form at our shops.
6) The Company reserves the right to make final decisions in respect of the Membership program and to alter its details any time without prior notice.
7) In case of any inconsistency between English version and its Chinese translation, the English version shall prevail.
